Data Collection and Purposes
RNVPN processes data according to the principle of necessity. An email address is not required for registration; a username and password are enough to create an account. Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be directly read and are used for account authentication. Usernames identify accounts, link subscription status, and support service requests submitted by users.
After a subscription and payment are completed, the system stores order records, the selected plan, payment status, necessary identifiers returned by the payment channel, traffic usage, and subscription validity. This information is used to deliver services, verify orders, process refunds, identify unusual transactions, and meet necessary financial record obligations. RNVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT; actual payment details are handled by the relevant payment service.
When you visit the website, the server may receive basic access analytics such as browser type, device category, page paths, request times, referring pages, network address, and error information. This data helps maintain site security, identify page failures, analyze content usage, and improve compatibility. It is not used to build profiles of users' browsing interests.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
RNVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, which application content they use, or what requests they submit, and it does not retain browsing history or communications that could be used to reconstruct network activity. Traffic usage and service status in a subscription account are used only for billing, displaying traffic allowances, and basic operations; they do not include destinations or specific content.
To address connection failures, node issues, or service abuse, the system may generate temporary technical error information while an incident is occurring. This information is limited to what is necessary for troubleshooting and security response and is not retained as a long-term connection history. After the issue is handled, the data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Users decide what to include in diagnostic materials submitted through a ticket; remove personal information unrelated to the issue before submitting them.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, save language preferences, remember necessary interface settings, and support account security checks. These technologies provide functions explicitly requested by users and are not used to read other files on a device.
After Cookies and local storage are disabled or cleared, public pages remain accessible, but login status, language preferences, or some panel functions may need to be configured again. Signing out or clearing browser data can remove session information stored in the current browser; server-side account and order records are not automatically deleted as a result.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
Payments are processed by Alipay, WeChat Pay, or the relevant third-party payment service for USDT. RNVPN does not directly obtain complete credentials for third-party payment accounts. It receives only the result and transaction identifier needed to confirm whether an order was completed. Each payment service's own privacy rules apply to data it collects independently; users can review the relevant information before paying.
Except where necessary to complete payments, deliver subscriptions, maintain infrastructure, meet applicable legal requirements, or protect service security, RNVPN does not provide account data to unrelated parties. Service providers handling infrastructure or technical processing may access data only for agreed purposes and within the necessary scope, and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account information is retained while an account remains active to provide subscription management and support services. Order records are retained for refund processing, transaction verification, and applicable legal obligations. Access analytics and temporary error information are kept only for as long as needed for statistical, security, or troubleshooting purposes, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. RNVPN processes requests after verifying account ownership. If some order information cannot be deleted at the same time because of financial records, dispute handling, or legal obligations, its use will be restricted and it will be removed when the retention basis no longer applies. Deleting an account may make unused subscriptions and service access unavailable, so confirm the account status before submitting a request.
This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Important changes to data-processing purposes or user rights will be explained through visible notices on the site. Review the policy in effect at the time before continuing to use the service.
