Service Content and Scope
RNVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service uses international routes to improve connection paths when accessing international websites, online tools, and streaming platforms. Coverage includes 120+ countries / 230+ routes; the routes available at any given time are shown in the user panel.
A subscription provides eligibility to use the service, not ownership of a specific route, exit address, or third-party platform content. Third-party websites may adjust access, location detection, or account requirements under their own policies. Those rules are set independently by each third party, and RNVPN cannot make decisions on its behalf.
Account and Subscription Usage Rules
Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is required. Users must safeguard their login credentials, subscription details, and import links, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed or used abnormally, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but only for reasonable use by the subscription holder on devices under their control. Unlimited devices does not permit reselling, renting, publicly posting subscription information, or continuously sharing the account or subscription links with third parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, service issues, and credential exposure caused by sharing, resale, or public distribution.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, as well as the service rules of the platforms they access. The service may not be used to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious traffic, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users are responsible for determining whether a specific use is lawful and whether additional authorization is required. RNVPN may restrict relevant connections, suspend a subscription, or require the user to stop improper use upon receiving a valid compliance notice, identifying clear abuse, or when necessary to protect the network and other users.
Subscription Billing and Refunds
Plan details, traffic allowances, billing periods, and payment methods are governed by the plan page and user panel shown at the time of purchase. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. The scope, process, and handling rules for refunds are set out in the separate Refund Policy; these terms do not expand those conditions.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border network connections may be affected by the user’s local network, carrier routing, target platform policies, device environment, and route maintenance. RNVPN will continue maintaining the service and its routes, but does not promise that every route will perform consistently across all regions, devices, and third-party platforms.
For temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected network failures, upstream route changes, third-party platform changes, incorrect device configuration, or events beyond reasonable control, the service will repair and adjust operations where feasible. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RNVPN is not responsible for losses caused by user violations, improper credential handling, or decisions made by third-party services.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
Users may stop using the service. If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly distribute subscription information, harm network operations, infringe others’ rights, avoid normal billing, or violate applicable laws and regulations, RNVPN may restrict features, suspend the service, or terminate the account based on the nature of the conduct. When necessary, the service may retain records related to violations to complete security handling and dispute investigations.
These terms may be updated due to service changes, legal requirements, or operational policy changes. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date will be revised accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or responsibilities will be announced through available on-site methods. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the updated content; if you do not accept it, stop using the relevant service.
