Before you begin, all you need is a working browser and a clear choice of primary platform. The user panel contains the account, order, subscription and client entry points. Marketing pages do not provide static installers or display real subscription links. This helps you avoid downloading the wrong platform file and makes it easier to retrieve the correct service details when the order status changes.
Complete the process in one continuous sequence. Set up the account first, then choose a plan. Once the order is active, copy the subscription and import it into the client. Do not skip the order-status check or repeatedly switch routes before updating the subscription. Confirm each step before moving on so you can identify where an issue occurs.
ACCOUNT
Set Up an RNVPN Account
After opening the account setup page, choose a username that is easy to recognize but not reused for another important service, then create a unique password. RNVPN requires only a username and password; no email address is required. Check your entries before submitting, especially capitalization, input mode and leading or trailing spaces. After registration, the browser will open the user panel. If it remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you saved.
The username identifies the account, while the password grants access to the panel. Store both in a trusted password manager. Do not place the password and subscription link together in a public note, and do not give account details to strangers for configuration. The subscription link lets a client read route settings, so protect it like a password. To use another device later, sign in to the user panel on that device and copy the link again instead of sharing it in public chats or documents.
After entering the panel, check that the username shown at the top or in the account overview is the current one. The service is not active yet; next, open the Plans section and choose the appropriate usage option. If you forgot the password, cannot open the page, or see an unusual status after registration, first check the “Account and Subscription” section in FAQ rather than repeatedly submitting the same form.

Choose a Plan and Place Your Order
After signing in, open the Plans section in the user panel. RNVPN offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. If you upgrade during the term, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. These plans suit regular use with a fairly predictable monthly amount.
Data packages are measured by total usage and remain valid permanently until used up. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They suit irregular usage or anyone who wants to keep the data for later. Do not compare price alone; first consider how you will use the service. Web pages and text services usually use less data, while high-resolution video, system updates and large file transfers consume data continuously. If you are unsure, choose based on your current needs rather than estimating too far ahead.
After deciding on a plan, open the order confirmation page. Check the plan name, price and billing type, then pay with Alipay, WeChat or USDT. Return to the user panel after payment and check the order status. The next step is available only once the page shows that the plan is active. If payment is complete but the order has not updated, refresh the panel and review the order history. Do not create multiple identical orders immediately, as this can make it difficult to match them later.
All plans support an unlimited number of devices and include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. The priority here is to activate the order correctly, not to install multiple clients in advance. Once valid service details appear in the account overview, continue by copying the subscription link.

Get a Subscription from the User Panel
After the order becomes active, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the subscription section and confirm that the remaining data and current service status are shown, then use the page’s copy option to get the subscription link. This is not an ordinary web address; it contains the account credentials the client needs to read its configuration. Go straight to the client after copying. Do not open it in a search engine, online conversion tool or unknown checking page.
If you need to recognize the link format, it may look like https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is an obviously fake value; it cannot connect to RNVPN and should not be used after replacing any characters. Get the real link only from the current account’s user panel. Use the panel’s copy button to avoid missing characters, line breaks or extra spaces from manual selection.
Some clients offer entries such as “Import from Clipboard,” “Add Subscription” and “Remote Configuration.” The names differ, but the purpose is the same: save the subscription address as an updateable configuration source. After a successful import, the client displays the subscription name and route list. If you see only a URL and no routes, the update probably has not run or the address was copied incompletely. Return to the panel, copy it again and replace the old address in the client.
Subscription contents may change during route maintenance. If route names change or an existing route is temporarily unavailable, update the subscription in the client before creating another configuration. If you suspect the link has been exposed, stop sharing it and handle the issue through a user-panel ticket. Import the Subscription on Each Platform
First, get the client that matches your operating system from the client downloads section of the user panel. The download area requires sign-in and provides content based on your account status. This page does not provide static installer links, and downloading a same-named file from search results is not recommended. After installation, open the client and follow the platform instructions below to find subscription management.
Windows
In the Windows client, find the configuration or subscription management section. Choose Add Subscription and paste the address copied from the user panel into the link field. You can name it RNVPN to distinguish it from local test configurations. Save it, then click Update Subscription and wait for the route list to appear in the main window. If the client asks for network-related permission, read the system prompt and confirm that the client came from the user panel.
After the routes load, avoid changing several modes at once. For first use, keep the client’s default settings, choose a route in the target region and enable the connection. If Windows reports that the connection is enabled but the browser still uses the old exit region, fully quit the browser and reopen it before verifying. Proxy modes, system services and advanced routing rules are best left until the basic connection works; see the Streaming guide for route and region details.
macOS
In the macOS client, open the subscription or configuration menu and choose Add Remote Configuration from Link. Paste the subscription address, save it and run an update. The first time the system allows the client to establish a network connection, it may show a permission prompt. Check the app name and source, then follow the system authorization flow. Return to the client afterward and confirm that selectable routes appear in the menu bar status or main window.
A common macOS issue is that closing the client window leaves it running in the menu bar. To reopen its settings, check the client icon at the top of the screen instead of launching multiple instances. If no routes appear after the first import, choose Update Subscription from the menu. If it is still empty, delete the newly added blank configuration, copy the link again from the user panel and create the remote configuration once more.
Android
In the Android client, open configuration management from the main screen and choose Add Subscription by Link. Some clients place this entry in the top-right menu under names such as New Configuration, Remote Subscription or Import from Clipboard. Paste and save the address, select the subscription you just created and run an update. When the regional route list appears, the subscription has been read correctly.
The first time you enable the connection, the system shows a network-connection permission prompt. Confirm it, return to the client, select a route and enable the connection. To prevent battery-saving features from suspending it too early, check the client’s background-running settings according to the system prompts. Menu names vary widely by device, so this guide does not cover every manufacturer interface. iOS
On iOS, sign in to the user panel first and follow the client-download instructions to get the appropriate client. After installation, open the app and choose Add from Link in the subscription, configuration or server management page. Paste the subscription address, run an update and wait for the route names to appear. Client terminology varies, but the relevant feature should let you add a remote configuration or import a link.
The first time you enable it, the system asks for permission to add a network configuration. Read the prompt, confirm it and return to the client to choose a route. If the status shows connected but the target service still reports the previous region, fully close the target app and reopen it. Some apps cache the previous region, and simply switching to the background is not enough to refresh it. VERIFY
Connect to a Route and Verify It Works
After importing, identify the region where the service you want to access is located, then choose the matching route. For content from Japan, prioritize a Japan route; for services in Hong Kong or Singapore, choose a route in the same region rather than switching based only on the route name. “Connected” in the client confirms only that the local connection process is established. Always verify the exit region and the actual target service.
After enabling the connection, open a new browser window and check the country or region of the current exit. If it matches the selected route, traffic is using that route. Then open the website or app you actually need and check that the page loads, the account signs in and the content region matches expectations. If the exit has changed but the target service still shows the old region, clear that service’s regional cache or fully quit and reopen it.
If the exit region has not changed, return to the client and check that the current configuration is active and the connection switch remains enabled. Update the subscription once, then try another route in the same region. Do not switch rapidly between multiple regions: the target service may temporarily retain its previous regional result, making troubleshooting less clear. Change one condition at a time—confirm the subscription, then the route, and finally the target service.
For video playback, let the page finish its regional check before starting playback. If the content page opens but playback is unstable, switch between routes in the same region; there is no need to change accounts or re-import the subscription. For work and web browsing, prioritize connection continuity and keep a route after confirming that frequently used services are stable. RNVPN covers 120+ countries and 230+ routes, but the choice should still focus on the target region rather than geographic distance alone.
The first-use setup is complete. When changing devices later, sign in to the same user panel, get the client, copy the subscription again and import it; RNVPN supports an unlimited number of devices.
